Aet Kiisla has learned to know her body, to move more naturally and to choose footwear that supports it. In the interview, Aet also shares some very practical tips on how to keep your feet fit and what to keep in mind when starting to run. She talks about what mistakes are hard on the legs, what to watch out for during your first running workouts and how the rhythm of your stride and your landing technique affect your whole body system - from the feet to the hips. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His experience shows that it is not enough to have comfortable shoes; it is important to understand how the foot actually works.
