1. VALIDITY OF THE CONDITIONS OF SALE
The Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the rights and obligations between www.pediluxus.ee customers (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) and Disainivaim OÜ arising from the purchase of goods.
In addition to these terms and conditions, the legal relations arising from the purchase of Disainivaim OÜ products are governed by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
Disainivaim OÜ reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of sale and the sale prices. These changes will be reflected on www.pediluxus.ee.
2. PLACING AN ORDER
To order products, find the products you need and add them to your shopping cart. You can view the contents of your shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon at the top of the website.
You can change the quantity of products in your shopping cart by entering the number of products you want in the quantity field. You can remove products from the shopping cart by clicking on the cross in the same row.
Before placing your order, please select the delivery method that is suitable for the delivery of your parcel.
To place your order, click on the "go to pay" button. If you have already www.pediluxus.ee a registered user, please log in to your account. If you are ordering products for the first time, click the "create account" checkbox and enter your contact details.
To confirm your order, press the "place order" button. You will then receive an invoice for your prepayment, which you can pay immediately by paypal, bank transfer or bank transfer. The order confirmation and a copy of the invoice will be sent to your e-mail address. You can manage your order history and invoices from the "My account" icon.
Products will be dispatched within 1-3 working days after payment. Training videos will be sent within one working day.
3. ENTRY INTO FORCE OF THE SALES CONTRACT
The buyer will be bound to the order and its payment after clicking on the "place order" button.
The sales contract enters into force as soon as the total amount of the order has been received in the bank account of Disainivaim OÜ.
4. DELIVERY TO
After the sales contract has entered into force (payment of the invoice by the Buyer), Disainivaim OÜ bundles the order and hands it over to Disainivaim OÜ's logistics partners for delivery.
Orders placed and paid for on working days will be delivered within 3 working days or according to the delivery time indicated on the product card. If for any reason the shipment is delayed, the customer support of Disaini vaim OÜ will arrange a suitable delivery time with the Buyer.
To ensure a smooth delivery, please carefully check the details you have entered for delivery.
Products damaged in transit, but not the Product packaging, will be replaced to the Customer. In the event that replacement of the Product should prove impossible, the Buyer shall be reimbursed the cost of the goods.
Disainivaim OÜ shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery of the goods if the goods have been delivered to the logistics partners on time, but the delay in delivery is due to circumstances that Salon-Store could not influence or foresee.
5. RIGHT OF RETURN
www.pediluxus.ee products purchased from this page are subject to a 14-day right of return from the date of receipt. If a product ordered from the e-shop is not suitable for the Buyer, he/she may return it to the e-shop without giving any reason.
To return goods, please contact Pedilux Customer Service at +37253735700 or send a cancellation request to info@pedilux.ee within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
In accordance with the instructions of the Consumer Protection Board no right of return products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (such as body, hand, hair and skin care products, socks, open-pack nail files, digital products, etc.). Returned products should be unused and the packaging intact and undamaged.
In addition, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply if:
- the product has been manufactured taking into account the personal needs of the specific Buyer;
- the product has been manufactured in accordance with the conditions provided by the Buyer;
- a product is mixed or combined with another product or good in such a way that they can no longer be separated;
- the product has been used for commercial and professional purposes;
- the malfunction is caused by incorrect use of the appliance (failure to follow the instructions);
- is a hygiene product e.g. socks, nail file, etc..
If it turns out that the Buyer has not received the product ordered, the goods do not correspond to the description in the e-shop or the product is defective, the Buyer does not have to withdraw within 14 days, but may exercise the statutory right to lodge a complaint.
6. USE OF THE PURCHASED GOODS/PRODUCTS FOR BUSINESS OR PROFESSIONAL PURPOSES (INCLUDING LEGAL PERSON).
In cases where the purchased product has been used for commercial or professional purposes or where the purchaser is a legal person, the normal complaints procedure does not apply. In these cases, the time limit for lodging a complaint is normally 6 months or more if the producer has so agreed. During this period, the product will be replaced or repaired in the event of defects on the part of the manufacturer.
Products will not be replaced if:
- the product has been manufactured taking into account the personal needs of the specific Buyer;
- the product has been manufactured in accordance with the conditions provided by the Buyer;
- the product is unfit for use for health or hygiene reasons or has been used or opened (cosmetics, etc.);
- a product is mixed or combined with another product or good in such a way that they can no longer be separated;
- the malfunction is caused by incorrect use of the equipment (failure to follow the instructions);
- the product has been used with an inappropriate voltage;
- the product has been mechanically damaged or broken (e.g. by a fall);
- normal wear and tear of the product and defects that do not impair the value and use of the equipment;
- the product has been repaired by a person not authorised by the importer.
7. RESPONSIBILITY
Disainivaim OÜ and the Buyer shall be liable to the other party for any damage caused to the other party by breach of these Terms and Conditions in the cases and to the extent provided for by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
Designivaim OÜ shall not be liable for any damage caused or delay in delivery of the goods if the damage or delay in delivery of the goods is due to circumstances which Designivaim OÜ could not influence or foresee.
9. PROTECTION AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
Information and personal data collected during the browsing and ordering process on www.pediluxus.ee will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.
Encrypted data communication with banks when paying for purchases ensures the security of the Buyer's personal banking details.
The online shop uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only for processing the order and sending the goods to the buyer. The online shop forwards personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver the goods.
The online shop sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed his/her wish to receive them by entering his/her e-mail address on the website and has indicated his/her wish to receive direct mail notifications.
The purchaser may opt-out of receiving offers and newsletters by email at any time by notifying us by email or by following the instructions in the email containing the offers.
10. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Disainivaim OÜ is liable for any non-conformity or defect in the goods sold to the buyer, which was already present at the time of delivery and which becomes apparent within a period of up to two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. During the first six months after the delivery of the goods to the buyer, the defect shall be presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. It shall be the responsibility of Disainivaim OÜ to rebut this presumption.
In case of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the online shop within two months at the latest by sending an e-mail to info@pediluxus.ee or by calling +372 53735700.
The claim must state:
- Name and contact details of the buyer;
- Date of the complaint;
- Lack of goods;
- The requirement for a salon-shop;
- Reference must be made to the document proving the transaction or the guarantee, or a copy must be attached to the complaint.
The Salon-Store will respond to the complaint in writing within 15 days of receipt of the complaint from the Buyer. If the Salon-Store is unable to respond to the Buyer's complaint within 15 days, it shall be notified in writing, stating the reasons and the deadline by which the response will be sent.
The Salon-shop is not liable for any defects of the product caused by the Buyer, defects resulting from irregular storage or use of the product. Defects include defects in the product, but not defects in the product packaging.
If the product does not comply with the terms of the contract, or is defective or faulty, the Buyer has the right to demand that the product be repaired or replaced. In the event that the repair or replacement of the product is not possible, fails or causes the Buyer unreasonable inconvenience, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract and claim a refund.

If the buyer and the Salon shop cannot settle the dispute by agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee.
